What We Clean

Building facades, concrete flatwork, dumpster pads, loading docks, parking garages, sidewalks, if it's on the outside of a commercial building, we can probably clean it. Brick, vinyl, EIFS, metal panels, we've worked on all of it, along with concrete in just about every condition.

How the Process Works

For most commercial jobs, we do a site walkthrough first. That's not us stalling, it's the only way to price the job fairly and confirm we're using the right equipment and chemistry for your surfaces. Building exteriors typically get soft washing, because high pressure can force water behind panels or crack caulk joints in ways you won't notice until there's a moisture problem inside. Loading docks and fuel staining at gas stations get hot water pressure washing. The method depends on the surface and what's actually on it, and sometimes one building needs both.

We'll meet you on-site, walk the property, and give you a number before anything starts. Most walkthroughs take about 20 minutes.

Scheduling and Logistics

We work Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. For large jobs or properties that need work done outside those hours, let us know upfront and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work. I'd rather tell you no on the front end than say yes and not show up when you're counting on me.

Noah's Pressure Washing carries $500,000 in liability insurance. If your property manager or building owner needs a certificate of insurance before we start, just ask and we'll get it to them same day.

Pricing

Commercial jobs vary too much to post a flat rate. Building size, surface type, access points, and how much prep work is needed, all affect the final number. We quote everything after the walkthrough, no charge for that.
