Here's how we do it. We pull the debris out of the gutters by hand, bag it, and haul it off. Then we flush every downspout to make sure water actually moves through and out away from the house. If a downspout is packed solid, we clear it before we leave. We don't scoop the top layer and call it done.

We also check the things that cause gutter problems in the first place. Loose hangers, separated seams, downspouts that dump right next to the foundation. If we see something that needs attention, we tell you. We won't push you on repairs you don't need.
