Professional Pressure Washing in New Albany
New Albany sits right on the Ohio River, just across from Louisville on the Indiana side. The housing stock here is older in the center of town, which means vinyl siding, brick veneer, and painted wood trim that all need different handling.
For houses, we soft wash the exterior. That means low pressure and the right cleaning solution, not a blast gun pointed at your siding. We let the solution dwell for five to ten minutes, sometimes longer on north-facing walls where the algae gets thick, and then rinse it clean. No risk to your caulk lines or window seals.
Concrete is a different job. Driveways, sidewalks, and patios get hot water and a surface cleaner at the right pressure for the slab. Oil stains, rust, and ground-in grime come up. We do dumpster pads too, which most companies don't want to touch. We do.
